Art Leasing Program
This is a program available to Minneapolis and the surrounding area, intended for interior designers, home stagers, real estate professionals, and people who need art temporarily. Sell that new build, stage your finished project for a photoshoot, or bring a piece to your client to see it in person before they buy. You can also lease to own any art valued over $2,000.
How It Works
Browse plans below to see which one is right for you. All subscriptions allow for one swap of artwork once every three months.
Choose your art. Browse available works and indicate your preference in the form field at checkout.
Add the Delivery product to your cart if you need your item(s) delivered and installed. If no delivery is added to your order, you agree to pickup the order and install yourself or use your own installation services.
You’ll receive an email from us within 24 hours with a leasing agreement and to schedule your local pickup or delivery.

Interior Designers
Choosing art for someone else is hard. If you are an interior designer, this is an easy way to bring art to your client to show in the space as a way to “try before you buy.”
Have a photoshoot scheduled for your most recent design project? This is also a good option to bring in artwork temporarily.
Options include renting artwork for one week as a one-time only purchase or on a month-to-month subscription that can be canceled anytime.
Home Staging Companies
Adding original artwork to the staging of a home makes it feel more valuable, but it has to be the right kind of art or it can have the opposite impact and look tacky.
