No, by default and unless otherwise noted, paintings are shipped as canvas only and rolled up to protect the artwork in the safest way and also to save on shipping and handling costs as compared to crated shipping. If, however, you would like the art shipped ready to install, contact me for a quote.

Original artwork typically ships within 3-5 business days. Fine art prints generally ship within 5–7 business days. Commission timelines vary depending on the scope of the project and will be discussed before work begins, but on average can take between 3-7 weeks.

Return Policy

Every piece of artwork is created and handled with great care. Because original artwork and commissioned pieces are one-of-a-kind, they are generally non-returnable.

Original Paintings & Commissioned Artwork

All sales of original paintings and commissioned artwork are final.

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and if a return or replacement is approved, instructions will be provided.

Fine Art Prints

If your art print arrives damaged during shipping, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of both the artwork and the packaging.

Once the damage has been verified, we will arrange for a replacement or other appropriate resolution at no additional cost.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for art prints due to buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong size, or changes of preference.
