Drift explores the quiet intelligence of surrender. Inspired by organisms that travel through the ocean by yielding to its currents, these imagined life forms move without knowing exactly where those currents will take them.
The work considers drifting not as being lost, but as another way of navigating. It reflects on the courage required to loosen our grip on the destination, trust our intuition, and allow forces we cannot always see or understand to carry us toward places we may never have found on our own.
